Open Air Foto Festival as seen by visitors

Check out pictures made by TOP 10 finalists in our GALLERY.

Did you visit the Open Air Photo Festival 2015 in Český Krumlov? Did you get your own camera involved in this event?  If so, we are looking just for you! Share your experiences and your festival story with us.

The assignment is very easy. Choose ten of the most interested photographs illustrating your time spent in OAFF and send them to  produkce@foto-festival.cz.  The chosen photos should perfectly map the atmosphere in the festival from your view, therefore any text accompanying the photos is not needed.

The festival organisers will choose ten best authors and their ten photos. All of them will be placed in the gallery on the OAFF website.  After that, selected photos will appear in the exhibition, which will become an unseparatable part of the programme within the next year of the Open Air Foto Festival in 2017.

The chosen artists will receive professional literature by Zoner Press and other small presents from OAFF partners.

To be included into the selection, please follow instructions below:

  • send you photos by 30.9.2015
  • ten photos must create one whole – Open Air Photo Festival story
  • legends to photos: name, surname, address, and number of photos 1 – 10
  • contact data: name, surname, address, and possibly a link to your web portfolio
  • format of photos: max. 5MB size
  • delivery of photos: selected authors will be asked for HI-RES (+ licence) and sending ten photos in ZIP as e-mail attachment to produkce@foto-festival.cz

The festival organisers will choose the final ten of authors by 15.11.2015 through the festival jury. In the special gallery on the website, their photos will be published by the end of 2015.

For the author, who most captures the jury´s attention, we will prepare an individual exhibition, which will introduce the following year of the Open Air Photo Festival a month before its start and, at the same time, it becomes a part of a retrospective exhibition „Seen by visitors“
